YOU SHOULD REVIEW THIS AGREEMENT IN ITS ENTIRETY. WHEN YOU ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE AGREEMENT BY REGISTERING TO BECOME A USER OR USING THE PLATFORM, YOU WILL BE LEGALLY BOUND BY IT. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT REGISTER TO USE OR USE THE PLATFORM.
This Field HCP User Agreement (the “Agreement”) states the terms and conditions governing users of the Field HCP website and software platform (the “Platform”). The Platform is owned and operated by Field HCP (referred to as “Field Health Care Professionals,” “we,” “us” or “our”) All users (the “User,” “you,” or “your”) of the Platform are subject to this User Agreement.
We reserve the right to change this User Agreement at any time in our sole business discretion. Please check these terms regularly for changes. Field HCP does not assume any obligation to personally or individually notify Users of any modifications to this Agreement, or the creation of additional terms or the elimination of any terms. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes to the User Agreement will mean you accept and agree to those changes.
